Apple Laxton’s Superb – Tree
A popular choice grown by many in gardens or Orchards. It is a fair statement to say that Laxton is a traditional garden favourite.
Often compared to a Cox due to having similar flavours, gardeners often choose to grow Katy instead. This is because Katy offers hardier behaviour resulting in better cropping as the end result.
A classic English variety with an intense sweet nutty flavour, wrapped in a wonderful firm mixed red to green flesh.
Laxton superb is a self-fertile tree, however, we recommend that if possible cross pollination will result in stronger yields for you to enjoy.
You will be able to enjoy your harvests from October.
