Autumn & Winter Cropping Brassica Collection – 24 Seedlings
The Autumn and Winter Cropping Brassica Collection comprises four great varieties to provide leafy green vegetables at a time when they can be scarce.
Each of these super healthy vegetables provides nutritious greens, packed full of vitamins and iron, from November through to April.Â
Collection includes 24 Super Seedlings, 6 each of the variety below:
Broccoli Marathon –Â Broccoli Marathon produces medium-sized, uniform, dense heads of blue-green ‘beads’ on strong plants, making it a versatile and resilient choice for any soil and growing conditions.
Cabbage Duncan – Cabbage ‘Duncan’ is a fast-growing variety, producing compact pointed heads of crisp leaves with a sweet nutty flavour. This versatile vegetable is perfect for growing in small spaces. Seedlings planted in spring will be ready to harvest in summer.Â
Kale Black Magic –Â The heavily savoyed, ‘bubbly’ look dark green leaves are amazingly tender and have a wonderful flavour and texture. Harvest young leaves from November to March.
Broccoli Extra Early Rudolph – A high-yielding, highly vigorous broccoli variety of F1 generation which will begin to crop in early autumn and last in the ground right up to February, improving with each winter month. You then have a winter-long supply of home-grown vegetables when other crops are scarce.
