Also known as Pak choi, Chinese salad leaf Tatsoi ‘Tah Tsai’ has very dark green thick leaves, ideal for harvesting both as baby leaf and as mature heads. The raw leaves have a sweet, nutty flavour, becoming richer and more spinach-like when cooked. Perfect for salads, soups and stir-fries.
Tatsoi ‘Tah Tsai’ is very hardy, and can be harvested right through winter.
