Garlic ‘Provence Wight’ bulbs produce a vigorous, white softneck garlic that is both large and sweet. Originally from the fertile valleys of the Drôme region in Provence, this garlic variety is proven to grow well in the UK.
The fat, juicy cloves add a delicious Mediterranean flavour to vegetable and fish dishes. Plant garlic cloves from September onwards for best results. Once harvested, they will keep until January.
