Chilli Pepper ‘Habanero Chocolate’Â adds a kick to dishes with its rich, smoky flavor and 300-400,000 SHU. Also called ‘Congo Black’, it needs a long growing period. Sow seeds early for best results.
Chilli Pepper ‘Mirch Masala’ is a medium hot chilli producing an abundance of downward-facing peppers that ripen to a fiery red on bushy plants. Gives a kick to curries, stir fries, sauces, soups and salads. Bred originally for outdoor cropping in India, ‘Mirch Masala’ has proved adaptable to a wide range of growing conditions.
Chilli Pepper ‘Jalapeno’ has long been America’s favourite chilli and has become one of the most popular in Britain. The elongated pods can be used when green or red, for sauces or pizzas. Medium hot.
