Kohl Rabi Kodiak is an excellent introduction to the range with its attractive green heads that can grow to a huge size: 7kg or more! This striking appearance makes it an ideal choice as a show variety. The delicious flavour can be enjoyed when used rae, grated in salads and coleslaws, or cooked in the same way as turnips. Can be cropped over 4 months or more, from summer to early autumn.
Plant 45cm apart and a similar distance between rows. Can be picked when smaller if such large heads are not required.
