Our Micro-Leaf Collection consists of 1 pack of the following:
- Basil Dark Opal – Lovely dark purple shoots are particularly attractive and add a beautiful contrast to salads or as a garnish. Goes well with tomatoes, soft cheese, salads, pesto and shellfish. Delicious flavour and aroma too.
- Broccoli – These super nutritious green sprouts contains high levels of anti-cancer chemicals. They go particularly well with smoked fish, cheese, egg and in sandwiches.
- Pea ‘Style’ – Versatile, nutritious, and visually appealing. Can be grown quickly and easily. Great as a raw addition to salads or as a garnish, perfect for stir fries, and delicious when steamed as a vegetable.
- Pak Choi ‘Colour Crunch Mix’ – These Pak Choi Colour Crunch Mix seeds will add a pop of colour to any garden with colours of red, gold and green. They’re suitable for small gardens and container planting, plus they grow in around 3 weeks.
- Mustard Red Frills – Superb deep red and green shoots with a mild then fiery mustard flavour. Delicious with beef, salads, stir fries, garlic and sandwiches.
