Grow Swiss Chard Bright Lights on your vegetable plot for attractive stems in an inviting mixture of colours. Recognised by the Royal Horticultural Society as a great crop for home-growing this is the perfect addition to your plot.
Not only are they visually appealing, the different colours attract different pollinating insects which pollinate nearby flowers of strawberries, tomatoes and other fruiting crops.
Harvest the stems as baby leaves to bring colour to salads leaving a number of other stems to mature. Cut and prepare these leaves separately for use in stir-fries.
